Senior Store Associate (Frozen & Dry Grocery Section)

Responsibilities:

• Manage and handle daily operational tasks of the department, including driving sales, inventory management, replenishment, and product display.
• Coordinate and communicate with other departments to formulate sales plans, assist in executing relevant promotional activities in the store, and promote products.
• Provide product training to new joiners, and regularly follow up on product knowledge and service standards of all store staff.
• Build good relationships with customers, provide excellent and high-quality customer service.
• Handle ad-hoc or urgent tasks/incidents as required.

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above.
• 2–3 years or more of relevant experience in food sales and store management; experience in chain stores or supermarket departments is preferred.
• Cheerful, proactive, responsible, with good sales management and interpersonal communication skills, and excellent customer service attitude.
• Basic computer literacy (Chinese word processing required).
• Good Cantonese, basic English and Mandarin.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.

Working Hours:

• 9 hours per day (including 1 hour meal break), between 10:00 AM and 11:00 PM.
• Monday to Sunday, 6 days per week, shift work with rotating days off.

Monthly Salary: HKD $17,000 – $19,000 (depending on experience)

Work Location: YOHO Mall, Yuen Long
