How to boil tangyuan without breaking the skin?

1. No need to thaw
2. Take directly from the freezer and place into boiling water
3. Use enough water that is deep enough
4. Stir the tangyuan with chopsticks or a spoon to prevent them from sticking together while cooking
5. Once the water boils again, turn to medium-low heat, then add a bowl of cold water and wait for it to boil again. This allows the tangyuan to be heated more evenly inside and out, and also makes the skin chewier.
6. Repeat this 2-3 times, and the tangyuan will be cooked without breaking.
