Free Delivery

  • Free delivery for purchases over HK$500.
  • An additional delivery fee of HK$80 will be charged for purchases under HK$500.

If an order is placed before 2 PM and all items are in stock, delivery will be on the next day (for specific delivery times, please refer to *Delivery Schedule).

If you wish to place an order after 2 PM and require next-day delivery, please call our company first to inquire about additional charges.


** The following areas are outside our service range and delivery service is temporarily unavailable:

  • Lamma Island, Cheung Chau, Peng Chau and other restricted areas.
    If you have any questions, you can Whatsapp 92771277 to confirm the delivery area before placing an order.


Free Self-Pickup

1) Free self-pickup locker service is available for orders of HK$300 or above.

For orders below HK$300, an additional HK$80 handling fee will be charged.

If you have purchased frozen products, please choose an SF pickup station/business station with cold-chain delivery service.


2) Free pickup service is also available at Asia Trade Centre.

Pickup location: Unit A, 33/F, Asia Trade Centre, 79 Lei Muk Road, Kwai Chung.

After we receive your order, our shipping department will arrange the goods. Once all items are ready, we will contact you via WhatsApp or phone to confirm the pickup time.


Delivery Arrangements

  • After we receive your order, our shipping department will arrange for goods allocation. Once items are ready, we will arrange a delivery time via WhatsApp or phone call.
  • Upon receipt, please count all items in person. If there are any issues, please take photos or videos as a record and immediately call our company on the same day.
  • Specific delivery times cannot be designated. However, approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour before delivery, the driver will call you to confirm the delivery time. Please ensure someone is available to receive the goods during the chosen period.
  • For safety considerations, our company's delivery drivers may not be able to deliver to specific addresses or units within buildings, and deliveries may only be made at the lobby entrance or roadside. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.


Same-Day Delivery

  • For same-day orders and same-day delivery, an additional delivery fee will be charged. Please inquire with staff for detailed pricing.
  • Same-day orders require advance payment before delivery can be arranged.
  • Customers must complete the order and payment process before 2 PM on the same day, then take a photo or scan the successful ATM, counter, or online bank transfer receipt, and send it along with the order number to WhatsApp: +852 9277 1277

Special Delivery Arrangements

  • Delivery services may change around holidays.
  • For delivery addresses without elevator service, delivery is limited to ground floor / residential lobby collection.
  • For villages where the truck parking location requires a walk of more than 10 minutes or 1 kilometer, delivery is limited to collection at the village entrance.
  • Our door-to-door delivery service does not include moving items indoors. Therefore, our company will not be liable for any loss or damage to indoor items during transportation.
  • After placing an order, if there are any changes to the delivery address or chosen delivery time slot, please notify us immediately for arrangement.


Delivery Arrangements Affected by Adverse Weather

Delivery services will be delayed or suspended if a Red/Black Rainstorm Warning is in effect, Typhoon Signal No. 8 or higher is hoisted, extreme conditions after a super typhoon, or if our company determines that weather conditions are unsafe for delivery. Our company will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule the delivery date and time.


Delivery Date and Time

Delivery services are available from Monday to Saturday. Our company uses 0°C - 4°C or -18°C cold chain express for delivery. Fresh food is kept at 0°C - 4°C, and frozen food at -18°C.

  • Time Slot: 11:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.


** All goods are stored in a refrigerated vehicle during delivery.
** Actual delivery times may be delayed due to traffic conditions or order volume. We apologize for any inconvenience!
