Taiwan's Premium Hsinchu Pork Balls are made from pork hind leg, meticulously pounded into a paste at low temperatures. Seasonings are then added, and the mixture is shaped into the familiar pork balls. Perfect for soups, hot pots, or noodles.
Suggested Cooking Method: No need to thaw. Place the Taiwan Premium Hsinchu Pork Balls in boiling water and cook for 10-12 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
