Made from pork hind leg meat, pounded into a paste at low temperature, then mixed with taro, seasoned, and shaped to become the familiar Gongwan (meatball)! Suitable for soups, hotpots & noodles.

Suggested cooking method: No need to thaw. Place the Taiwanese Selected Taro Heart Gongwan into boiling water and cook for 10-12 minutes until ready to serve.
