How do you cook tang yuan without breaking the skin?

1. No thawing required
2. Take directly from the freezer and place into boiling water
3. Use enough deep water for cooking
4. Stir the tang yuan with chopsticks, a spoon, or other cooking utensils to prevent them from sticking together while cooking.
5. Once the water boils again, turn down to medium-low heat, then add a bowl of cold water and wait for it to boil again. This allows the tang yuan to heat more evenly inside and out, and also makes the skin chewier.
6. Repeat this process 2-3 times, and the tang yuan will be cooked without breaking the skin.
