Cooking Methods:

• Pan-frying - Heat a pan and add an appropriate amount of oil. Do not thaw. Pan-fry both sides of the pancake over medium heat until golden brown, then add a suitable amount of water and cover the pan. Cook until the pancake slightly expands, then it's ready to eat.
• Steaming - Do not thaw. Once the water boils, place the scallion pancakes in a steamer and steam for about 8 minutes.
• Air fryer - Preheat the air fryer for 3 minutes. Do not thaw. Brush a little oil on the surface of the pancakes and air fry at 180℃ for 4 minutes. Flip and air fry again at 200℃ for 2 minutes.
