Tasting Notes: Bright straw yellow in colour. It releases intense aromas of citrus, orange blossom, sweet yellow peach, alongside distinctive herbal and lightly saline sea breeze mineral notes typical of Sicily. Pure and lively on the palate with vibrant acidity. The finish carries elegant fresh fruit flavours and refined mineral sensations.

Food Pairing: Grilled fish, seafood risotto, crustacean dishes, starter salads and fresh Italian cheeses.
