Tasting Notes: Bright straw yellow in colour. Elegant and delicate aromas of white peach, fig and jasmine, alongside nougat, cashew nut, flinty minerality and a hint of saline sea breeze. Medium-bodied on the palate with vibrant acidity and a silky, creamy texture. French oak ageing lends warm complexity, leading to a long finish with lingering mineral notes.

Food Pairing: Roasted chicken, scallops, lobster, creamy seafood pasta, mushroom dishes and soft cheese.
