Tasting Notes: Deep, brilliant ruby red in colour. Rich and expressive on the nose, packed with ripe black cherry, blackberry and black plum fruit, alongside violet floral notes, black olive, dried herbs and sun-baked mineral character typical of southern Puglia, with subtle cocoa and spice on the finish. The palate is firm and rounded, with fine, tight tannins and bright, well-balanced acidity. It offers great complexity with the bold, sunny profile of southern Italian Puglia, leading to a long finish with attractive ripe fruit sweetness.

Food Pairing: Grilled red meats, braised game, pasta with meat ragù, spiced stews, aged hard cheeses.
