Tasting Notes: Pale straw-gold in colour. Fresh aromas of green apple, lemon, pear and white floral notes, alongside rocky minerality typical of the Douro Valley with hints of subtle tropical fruit. Crisp and lively acidity on the palate, with a smooth, fine texture. It finishes clean with prominent mineral character, easy and pleasant to drink.

Food Pairing: Steamed seafood fish, shellfish, grilled prawns, cold platters, salads, soft cheese and light Portuguese starters.
