Tasting Notes: Pale straw-gold in colour. It displays aromas of lime, ripe pear, white peach and delicate white flowers, with distinctive slate minerality characteristic of the Douro Valley plus subtle herbal undertones. Crisp, bright acidity on the palate, with a light and rounded body, pure upfront fruit flavours and a dry, lingering mineral finish. Highly approachable and easy to drink.

Food Pairing: Steamed fish, roasted shellfish, boiled prawns, seafood platters, vegetable salads and soft cheese.
