Region & Flavour Profile: Hailing from the renowned Friuli Grave region in Northeastern Italy. Leveraging the area’s stony soil and large diurnal temperature variation, it beautifully expresses the delicate character of Traminer Aromatico (Gewürztraminer).

Aroma Profile: Intensely aromatic and captivating, with signature white rose, lychee, tropical fruit notes (lychee, pineapple), alongside subtle spice and mineral undertones.

Palate: Bright straw-yellow colour. Rich yet refreshing on the palate, with elegant acidity and a lightly saline mineral finish. Long and smooth aftertaste.

Food Pairing: Excellent as an aperitif. Pairs wonderfully with seafood, smoked salmon / ham, mildly spicy Thai or Japanese dishes, goat’s cheese and shellfish.
