Cooking instructions:Best cooked from frozen.

  • Fan oven (recommended) - Preheat fan oven to 190°C. Place the New Zealand Sealord Hoki Crispy Fish Fingerson a baking tray. Bake for approximately 6 minutes per side, or until thoroughly cooked.
  • Conventional oven - Preheat oven to 200°C. Place the New Zealand Sealord Hoki Crispy Fish Fingerson a baking tray. Bake for approximately 7 minutes per side, or until thoroughly cooked.
