How to cook tangyuan without breaking the skin?

1. No need to defrost
2. Take directly from the freezer and put into boiling water
3. Ensure the water is deep enough
4. Stir the tangyuan with chopsticks or a ladle to prevent them from sticking together while cooking.
5. Once the water boils again, turn to medium-low heat, then add a bowl of cold water and wait for it to boil again. This allows the tangyuan to heat more evenly inside and out, and also makes the skin chewier.
6. Repeat this 2-3 times, and the tangyuan will be cooked without breaking.
