CookCook Land's Taiwanese Authentic Scallion Egg Pancakes are made with carefully selected Sanxing scallions from Yilan. When pan-fried, they are crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and delightfully chewy!

Suggested cooking method: No need to thaw. Add a little oil to a frying pan, place the egg pancake in the pan, and pan-fry over medium heat for about two minutes until golden brown. You can then add ingredients like eggs, ham, tuna, or bacon, roll it up, and enjoy.
