Cooking instructions:

  • Pan-fry: Heat a flat pan, add the Handmade Tangerine Peel & Scallion Dace Fish Cakes, and pan-fry over medium heat until both sides are golden brown.
  • Stir-fry: After thawing, cut the fish cakes into strips, then add other ingredients such as vegetables, seafood, or noodles and stir-fry.
  • Deep-fry: Heat oil in a pot to 170°C, then deep-fry the fish cakes for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
