US Premium Berkshire Pork Sausage is made from Berkshire pigs. The Berkshire pig is actually an ancient and rare British breed. This black and white pig is famous for its rich flavor, tender and juicy texture, and marbled fat. Known as Kurobuta pork in Japan, Berkshire is considered the Wagyu of pork.
