Our premium American Kurobuta (spicy) sausages are made from Berkshire pork. The Berkshire pig is actually an old and rare British breed. These black and white pigs are renowned for their rich flavor, tender and juicy texture, and marbled fat. Known as Kurobuta pork in Japan, Berkshire is considered the Wagyu of pork.
